This policy explains the return and refund arrangements for purchases made at https://gcavellea.shop. gcavellea is operated by JR HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING LLC.

Our 30-Day Free Return Promise

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving your order, including if you have changed your mind.

Eligible returns are free. We provide a prepaid return label or another return arrangement at our expense, and we do not charge restocking or return handling fees.

Please return the product with its accessories and any original packaging reasonably available. You may unpack and inspect the item as you would in a physical store. Missing packaging alone does not remove statutory rights.

Damage caused by misuse may affect eligibility under our voluntary return promise. Your rights concerning defective, damaged, or misdescribed goods remain unaffected.

Requesting a Return

Email aleivaldiniruby@outlook.com with your order number, checkout email address, and the item you want to return.

You do not need to give a reason for a change-of-mind return.

We will provide return instructions and confirm the correct destination. Please dispatch the goods within 14 calendar days after receiving those instructions.

Contacting us first helps us arrange free shipping. Statutory cancellation rights do not depend on our approval. Please do not assume that our business correspondence address is the return destination.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If a product arrives damaged, has a defect, or does not match your order, contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Describe the issue and include photographs if available. We may request reasonable information to investigate without imposing unnecessary barriers to your legal rights.

We will provide an appropriate remedy, including a replacement or refund where applicable. Necessary return shipping and replacement delivery will be at our expense.

Refund Amounts

For a full-order return, we refund the amount paid for the products and any standard outbound delivery charge.

For partial returns, we refund the amount paid for the returned goods and any delivery amount refundable under applicable law.

We do not retrospectively charge shipping because a return reduces the value of the products you keep below the original free-shipping threshold.

Refund Method and Timing

We review returns promptly and notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued promptly to the original payment method.

Refunds normally appear in your account within 3–7 business days after issuance, depending on your bank or payment provider. This is an estimated posting period after we send the refund.

If your refund has not appeared after seven business days, contact us for assistance. Applicable statutory refund deadlines take precedence.

Cancellations and Exchanges

You may cancel before dispatch by emailing us promptly. If the order has already shipped, our return process remains available.

For an exchange, contact us to discuss replacement availability and arrange a free return.

UK Cancellation Rights

For qualifying UK distance purchases, notify us of cancellation within 14 days after delivery and return the goods within a further 14 days. No reason is required. Our voluntary 30-day promise is additional.

We reimburse without undue delay. Unless we offer collection, we may withhold reimbursement until receiving the goods or evidence of return, whichever occurs first, and will refund within 14 days of that event. If we offer collection, reimbursement is due within 14 days after cancellation.

Standard outbound delivery is refundable. A premium delivery supplement need not be refunded unless legally required. A deduction for handling beyond necessary inspection may apply only where lawful.
